Please give at least 24 hours notice by text message, phone call or email if you cannot make your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Clients who miss appointments without prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled treatment.

Wear comfortable clothing. You may leave on as much clothing as needed for comfort, and only the area being treated will be undraped where relevant.

Yes. Susie is happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music volume, spend longer on an area or move on if requested.

Appointments are available on Saturdays, alternate Mondays and Tuesdays, with evenings where available. Exact availability should be confirmed when booking.

No. Holistic therapies are complementary and are not a replacement for professional medical advice. Reflexologists do not diagnose or prescribe.

Yes. Please notify Susie of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you book.
