Payment, booking and treatment policies

Payment

Payment is accepted in cash or by bank transfer to Susie. Bank details will be shared when the treatment appointment is booked.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please give at least 24 hours notice by text, phone or email if you cannot attend. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment booked.

Late Arrival Policy

Treatment sessions have a specific time schedule, so late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time. Where the schedule allows, a partial or full appointment may be accommodated at Susie's discretion.

No Show Policy

Clients who miss appointments without giving prior notification may be charged in full for the scheduled treatment.

Informed Consent

Before treatment, a consultation will be discussed with you. At your first visit you may be asked to complete and sign consultation and consent forms. Clients not seen for at least a year may be asked to complete updated forms.

Appointments

To help secure your preferred appointment time, book as far in advance as possible. Please mention any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when booking.

Medical Disclaimer

Licensed reflexologists and holistic practitioners do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. Susie may refer you to a medical doctor for diagnosis or treatment. Please consult a medical doctor about any condition requiring medical care.

Respect for Client Needs and Boundaries

You may request adjustments to pressure, temperature, music volume or treatment focus. You may refuse any massage method that feels uncomfortable or stop the treatment at any time.
